App: NeonStack – Block Puzzle  |  Last updated: July 28, 2026

Summary: NeonStack does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no internet permission, no account, and no analytics or advertising SDKs — every line you clear stays entirely on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

NeonStack does not collect any of the following:

2. No Internet Access

NeonStack does not request or use the internet permission. The app cannot send or receive any network traffic — every mode (Marathon, Sprint, Ultra, Zen, Daily) runs entirely offline, on-device.

3. Vibration (Haptics)

NeonStack requests the standard Android VIBRATE permission solely to provide haptic feedback when you move, rotate, or drop a piece. This permission does not grant access to any personal data and is never used for any purpose beyond local device vibration.

4. Sound

All sound effects and background music in NeonStack are procedurally generated and bundled inside the app itself. NeonStack does not access your microphone and does not record or transmit any audio.

5. Local Preferences

Small settings such as your music/sound-effects on-off preference are saved locally on your device using Android's standard app storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.

6. Third-Party Services

NeonStack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.

7. Children's Privacy

NeonStack does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, social features, chat, or data collection of any kind.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
